Core Commitments

 

  1. Complete two 45-minute workouts daily.

  2. Mindfulness: Practice daily meditation, journaling, and breathwork (5–15 minutes).

  3. Nourishment: Eat whole, nutrient-dense meals. No processed foods or added sugars.

  4. Hydration: 16-24 oz of warm water and lemon upon waking. 16 oz of water 15-30 minutes before each meal. 

  5. Growth: Read or listen to 10 minutes of personal development material daily.

  6. No phone or caffeine at least an hour after waking

  7. Limit social media to less than 3 hours per day

  8. Daily Incantation and game

Mindbody14

  • Stick to fruits, vegetables, and leafy greens for 70% of your plate/ for all meals

  • There are no cheat days, there are 14 days to stick to the diet you set out for yourself to support why you are doing this in the first place

  • Daily AUM chanting at least 5 minutes

  • Breathwork, at least 15 minutes

  • Water with lemon upon waking followed by green juice

  • Lymphatic drainage movement / massaging

  • Cold shower (at least 30 seconds at end)

  • 16 hour fast (only eat from 12 - 8 or whatever 8 hour window works for you

  • Break a sweat 2 times a day, follow our workout design or your own

  • Yoga (at least 15 mins) meditation (at least 15 mins)

  • Passion project/read/ hobby (at least 30 mins)

  • Stream of consciousness journaling
